Facebook Ads Manager

VISION

A unified, integrated interface for ads managment, creation, and reporting.

AUDIENCE

Advertisers who currently create and manage the ads that end consumers see.

RESULTS

Led to the full deprication of the old version of ads manager due to higher revenue and advertiser sentiment.

Facebook Ads Creation

VISION

An ads creation platform that provides partner teams with a scaleable, flexible interface.

AUDIENCE

The audience is two-fold, in that it needs to work well for high spending advertisers, as well as meet the needs of internal Facebook teams shipping new features onto the platform.

RESULTS

Had a wide variety of impact, from shipping Ads Duplication which increased Facebook Revenue by 2%, to supporting partner teams in shipping new features, from ad formats to buying types.

TurboTax New Simple Filer

VISION

Your taxes done right in 10 minutes or less.

AUDIENCE

Simple tax filers, defined by not having investments, property, chartiable donations, or a business. This is 40% of the US tax-filing population.

RESULTS

Led to an increase in Net Promoter Score when compared to TurboTax Classic, and had an average filing time of 13 minutes compared to TurboTax Classic's 35 minutes for similar filers.
